Delays

Legion Alpha is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
Include your order number
