Returns Policy

At Legion Alpha, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • The item must not be marked as final sale

Legion Alpha reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email or phone with your order details.

  2. Wait for return instructions before shipping your item.

  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Legion Alpha is not responsible for lost return shipments.


In-Store Returns

For purchases made at our physical location in Riviera Beach, returns must be completed in person within 14 days and accompanied by the original receipt.
