  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The item must not be marked as final sale

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
